Past/Bio: Sarah was born into a family where it was just her mother Kendall and her father Isaiah. Isaiah works at his own real estate agency in Central City. They both knew that Simone was going to be different and they was very cautious about Simone's surroundings. Simone understood clearly at the age that she was different from other civilians, Kendall also taught Sarah to have a great memory and that resulted in the two having a photographic memory. Simone used her memory to pass her classes without any help, Simone was bullied because she was different from other girls and it hurt her deeply and she used to barge into her father's work and break down in his office just because he owned the building. Other than that Sarah's life was perfect to her.
When Simone was 13, Simone's father gave Simone the chance to go a business trip with him and she agreed happily. Chant found Isaiah and his daughter in the park since he had time before they had to attend another meeting. Chant attacked Simone and her father defended risking his life for hers and Isaiah was blasted to the ground and became unconscious. Little did Chant know was that Simone has a dormant power and she attacked Simone but Simone was able to dodge the attack as her hands were engulfed in white psionic energy then she formed tiger claws and she attacked as well. The dormant powers were now activated giving her the manipulation of psychic manipulation. Simone took Chant down with little ease, she made it to her father then the two went to the hospital. Simone faced the prospect of having powers and despite her newfound ability, the two became closer than ever. Simone knew that after using her powers she was going to be targeted and loved the feeling lavished upon her by the saving civilians in her hero form, and would often sneak out to do heroics accepting the moniker ‘Tempest. After multiple new reporters and writers focused on the destruction she caused on accident she was all too happy when she and her family up moved to Star City proper.
Simone meet two people who influenced her to continue her hero lifestyle. The first was Oliver Queen, who was working at Queen Consolidation at the time Isaiah and Oliver found immediate friendship, and Simone’s abilities proved interesting to Oliver. The second was Dinah Lance. Dinah and Oliver took an interest in Simone's power and skills. Oliver introduced her to Artemis, who would become her close friend.Reluctantly, her family agreed to allow Simone to train with them and improve her control over her powers. With the Black Canary as her mentor, Simone began her superhero campaign over again.
Immediately, Dinah and Gabby did not get along well. Despite her previous ordeal in Central City, Simone was ready to learn anything about everything. Dinah disapproved and Sarah closely paid attention to her teachings. When an argument between the two threatened to end the training, Isaiah explain to Simone how much Dinah is trying to better her and Simone understood where Dinah was coming from ever since..
Tempest was officially added to the Team. She had better control over her abilities however she had very little experience working on a team and even less experience following instructions. Her first several missions were rocky to say the least. She became good friends with Wonder Girl (Cassie Sandsmark).

She is simple, which is good in several ways, in others a little restricting. I'd recommend flushing out her back story a little more. Let us know a little more about her home life. Why does she choose to become a hero if she is shy? Does she have an inciting incident that thrusts her into hero life? Is she discovered by Black Canary who takes a vested interest in her development? On that note, I also recommend letting us know more about her relationship with Black Canary and how she became part of the team. I do like the concept and mystery around the acquisition of her abilities so I'm eager to learn more if you flush her out.
